Diaries of the Beloved Fr. Bishoy Kamel During His 40 Days

Fr Bishoy Kamel was ordained as a priest for the Altar of St George Coptic Orthodox Church Sporting in Alexandria on the 2nd of December. This book is a composition of the diary entries written by the saint taking us through his experiences during the 40 days he spent in the monastery after his ordination. In the Coptic Church once a new priest is ordained he spends the first forty days of his priesthood in the monastery where he learns the rites of how to perform the liturgy and other sacraments, this time is a personal revival for the priest before he goes to serve the children of Christ. This book gives us insight into the incidences this modern-day saint encountered during his time in the monastery and his contemplations, prayers, and the advice he received both for the spiritual life and the service of the church.
