What have we consecrated to God? Our hearts? Our minds? Our eyes?

Well, as Fr Anthony explains in his sermon, our whole body is consecrated to the Lord during the sacrament of Chrismation! “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” Romans 12:1

Ultimately, St Paul’s message was that as Christians, we must give up our bodies here on earth to God so that we can get ahead in our spiritual lives.
